Terms and Conditions:

• ‘Member’ means person or persons who become registered in the afriqiyah airways Rahal program.
• Membership is available to individuals worldwide, subject to local laws and regulations.
• ‘Aware’ or ‘Award tickets’ are the benefits a member may acquire in exchange for Rahal Miles earned.
• Individuals aged 16 years or over are allowed to enrol into the program.
• Membership and accounts cannot be transferred to anyone else under any circumstances. In case of death, membership will be terminated automatically.
• Members should retain all flight documentation until they are sure that all flown miles are credited to their accounts.
• Validity:

       -   Blue membership status will have lifetime validity unless no Rahal Miles earning activity is accomplished during 48 months, 
            starting from the date of qualification.

       -  Silver and Gold membership status will have a 26 month validity for the first qualification period, starting January 1^st  of the year
           following the calendar year from when the member qualifies.

• Re-qualification is based on one calendar year.
• Afriqiyah Airways reserve the right to change and/or eliminate membership status and its rules at any time, and without notice to the member, including changes to the validity.
• Missing Miles can be claimed within six months from the date of travel.
• Passenger will E-mail scanned copies of :

          -  Ticket Receipt.

          -  Boarding Passes.

• Rahal members must have mileage earning or redeeming activity once in 48 months in order to retain their Rahal Miles, otherwise, all Rahal Miles in their account will expire.
• Every member is entitled to one membership, with one account.
